Written Terms of Condition

In establishing a healthy relationship, it is essential that we both understand our roles and responsibilities.   This plain English document, specifies our aims and objectives so we are of the same understanding, with there being no confusion.  We normally request an initial deposit of 35% in order to source materials, along with interim payments during the project and/or a final payment upon project completion.  These proposed payment points will also be clearly highlighted on the schedule of works. Receipts will be given for all payments.

As professional building contractor in London we request payment is made either via bank transfer or cheques.  Cheques must clear our account prior to works starting.  For added security and peace of mind, we are also happy to accept payment through Bondpay or Paypal (there will be an additional charge of 3% of amounts paid).  Methods of payment do not affect the guarantee for works we provide on completion.
